Hot stamping: permanent
When it comes to permanent and efficient decoration and labeling, hot stamping is the preferred choice.
Hot stamping has a wide variety of colors, materials and surface finishes for high-quality, scratch-resistant lettering and designs. PLASTON can even print two or three colors on the surfaces - either at the same time or one after the other, depending on the level of complexity.
Hot stamping requires mechanical force and heat. That is why the plastic parts must be mechanically supported against the surface to be stamped. But applying the printed surface using a flat die is not the only method used. The film can also be applied by means of a roller. This method requires less force, and the thermal load is reduced. Depending on the geometry of the assembly or component, this may be the only way to stamp the surface.
