Corporate culture: Recognizing, developing and promoting talents is an important part of what we do.
Within just a few years, more than fifty employees at PLASTON have moved up at least one level. At the PLASTON plant in China, the entire management team is made up of personalities who have either grown into their positions or have risen to the top. A similar picture emerges in the other two plants in Switzerland and Czech Republic.
This requires "Leadership Excellence and Development" or "LEAD" for short. The program is derived from the corporate strategy and conveys management methods and principles so that management personalities can be trained and guided in a targeted manner. "LEAD" recently meant a whole day of training for all PLASTON managers, for all three locations. The day was enlightening in terms of content and exhilarating emotionally. The "LEAD" journey will continue.
