Moldflow 3D-Analysis

The planning of a plastic part and the appropriate injection moulding tooling is a very complex process requiring extensive plastics technology know-how. Therefore, even at the construction phase our specialists use the Moldflow 3D-Analysis programme to analyse the filling of the plastic parts. Problem areas, hard to fill ribs, air gaps, visible weld lines, etc., can therefore be recognised early and designed out. This saves time and money by avoiding subsequent tooling adjustments.
