Humidification System

This Humidifier & Purifier washes and humidifies the air without the use of evaporator mats. Special humidifier discs turn through the water, removing impurities from the air in a natural way. Therefore it is called an Air Washer. It is equipped with an anti-microbial protection system called ISS (Ionic Silver Stick®). The 2055D uses the newest digital technology that controls the humidity automatically.

 

Comfort and Climate

  • Pre-ionization gives more effective washing and humidification in rooms up to 750 sq ft. The pre-ionizer charges particles as they enter the Air Washer. Small particles, down to 1.5 microns, form larger dust clusters. The humidifier discs then act like a magnet efficiently removing these particles.
  • Special humidifier discs turn through the water, self-rinsing and cleaning the discs of impurities like a fresh rain cleans outdoor air – naturally
  • Removes impurities such as dust, pollen and particlebound odors from the air (ideal for allergy sufferers)

 

Water and Hygiene

  • The Ionic Silver Stick® (ISS) makes use of the anti-microbial qualities of silver, which effectively prevents bacteria growth in the water base. The Ionic Silver Stick® needs to be replaced once a year.
