The HEPA filter (high efficiency particulate air filter) ensures the greatest possible reduction in contaminants, holding back 99.97% of particles >0.3 micrometers. By way of comparison, a har has a width of 70-100 micrometres. |
The HEPA filter is used in the following units: AOS 2061 and AOS 2071
